He looks like a computer-generated version of Brain from Inspector Gadget. LOL
I think it is too (probably from the new CG movie), but it also looks like the kangaroo from the Dunkaroos adds!
There's a new CG Inspector Gadget coming out? I kinda liked the live-action one...
